Looks like crap to me, but you might like it. Way too many simple sugars and fats. Hope you dont get too fat.

Ice cream? 10 glasses of milk? 6 whole eggs and buttered toast???? lmao.

Arnold was a genetic freak, unless you are too i would come up with a better diet.l He also used to drink bottles of wine whilst squatting, does that mean its a good idea? NO.

In pumping iron he was asked do you drink milk. And he answered, "no. No milk. Milk is for babies. Real men drink beer." Maybe you should give beer a shot. Lol.

You would never know he was a genetic freak from old pics when he just started. He looked very ectomorph with long spindly limbs.

I assume you are quoting from a diet written out 30 years ago. Much has changed since then. Time, research, extended common knowledge and competition has tightened up all diets around the world. You have the internet to thank for the acceleration of this. Arnold would not have divulged all of his stratigic information, anyway. A part of being a champion is not giving up all of your knowledge.

Heck, the editor probably wrote it as an after thought because he thought it would sell more books. Arnold was already halfway to Rio for the weekend with big Louie.

    ^^^seriously.

I dont get why its always the students that bitch that they have no time for meals. It cracks me up. Like normal people are not busy and have all the time in the world.

I have no issues with getting all my meals in everyday. Im also running my personal business, being married, doing housework, paying bills, training, sleeping 8 hours a night, blah, blah, blah.

When I got my Masters, I wasnt as busy then as I am now. School was a breeze compared to now in regards to time.

    They're gallons of milk!
Too many sandwiches too imo. This seems to be a bulking diet, but I believe that Arnold was fairly cutted all year.

i wonder how many threads like this it would take for someone to realize there aren't any general rules of health. i wouldn't doubt he used that diet at all. he was a freak. you see him at 18? bigger than guys who are contemplating competing at 25-26. ridiculous. guy could have eaten white bread.

I agree. Arnold is even today the most genetic freak in all the history of bodybuilding.
