I am new to all this BCAA stuff....
are you guys throwing it into a protein shake or are you replacing them???
I am just getting back in the gym and I have been losing weight (which i need to continue to do) and getting stronger again...
should i replace any of my meal replacement protein shakes with BCAA alone.. or should I add BCAA to these???
Should I add BCAA to my NOxplod before my workout... ???
