    Cool BCAA... newbie

    I am new to all this BCAA stuff....

    are you guys throwing it into a protein shake or are you replacing them???

    I am just getting back in the gym and I have been losing weight (which i need to continue to do) and getting stronger again...

    should i replace any of my meal replacement protein shakes with BCAA alone.. or should I add BCAA to these???

    Should I add BCAA to my NOxplod before my workout... ???

    BCCA's are a great "supplement". supplement being the key word. they are not intended to replace anything especially much needed calories. Take the recommended amount upon waking, preworkout(with n0 is fine), post workout. and after a couple weeks start taking them before bed also.
