    Waht do you guys think of my bulking diet ?

    26 years old, 220lbs, 6ft 5ins. Just started cycle of deca and test e.

    MEAL 1 (PRO/CARB)
    45g casein powder = 36 pro
    2 whole eggs = 12 pro
    4 egg whites = 12 pro
    6 slice wholemeal bread = 96 carbs

    MEAL 2(PRO/CARB/FAT)
    260g tuna = 66 pro
    6 slice wholemeal bread = 96 carbs
    50g mayo = 40 fat

    MEAL 3 (PRO/CARB)
    30g whey protein = 24g pro
    45g casein powder = 36 pro
    3 bananas = 81 carbs

    MEAL 4 (PRO/CARB/FAT)
    260g tuna = 66 pro
    6 slice wholemeal bread = 96 carbs
    50g mayo = 40 fat

    MEAL 5 POSTWORKOUT (PRO/CARB)
    75g whey protein = 60 pro
    100g waxey maize starch = 90 carbs
    6 slice wholemeal bread = 96 carbs

    MEAL 6 (PRO/CARB)
    300g turkey breast = 69 pro
    150g oates = 90 carbs

    MEAL 7 (PRO/CARB)
    300g turkey breast = 69 pro
    150g oates = 90 carbs

    MEAL 8 (PRO/FAT)
    300g turkey breast = 69 pro
    95g almonds = 47 fat

    Total protein 519g, carbs 645g and fat 127g. Estimated 5799 calories.

    wow. back it off there bud. i would assume you want to gain fat with that diet? if so, then you're on the right bath. lower those carbs, and drop the protein down. i'm willing to guess that around the 4000 mark would be an ok starting point.

    to be honest I thought it was to high also. just looking to maximise gains. Will go over diet and lower carbs.

    Have just done the harris benedict formula and my daily maintenance level is 3855 so I guess I should consume around 4500.

    mayo is a shitty source of fat. I think 40-50 grams of fat is too much for one sitting. 186 grams of carbs is too much even if it is post workout. lower the overall carbs by a couple hundred grams, get better sources of fat and distribute them more evenly throughout the day, and maybe drop the protein a little bit.

    don't confuse maximize gains with maximizing fat gains. lower it down to that 4500 number and you'll be much closer to maximum LEAN gains. all out bulking is stupid and thankfully is becoming more a thing of the past. you can gain lean mass and strength without having to burn 16 weeks of your life trying to trim off the excess. "smarter not harder"

    Thanks for the input Guys and I have to took your advice and will be going my diet to make adjustments.
