Im 24yrs old, 5'4, 125lbs. I started taking Sustanon 250 this week. Im taking 1ml every 3rd day. Im working out 4 days a week. Im trying to eat more than I am used to and taking a Myoplex drink afer each workout. Im also taking multivitamins everyday.
Is there any shake or vitamins that I should be taking to help me bulk up? When and how much of it? Is the myoplex good or is there a better drink for me? Any suggestion or advice is welcome.
