    Based on the stats in your profile and your goal, I think you could accomplish this naturally. through diet/cardio/training. You really don't have far to go.

    Of course that was the plan. I have lost all but 5 lbs from my 2nd pregnany with just dieting and exercise. However the last 5 are driving me crazy! It seems it will not go away. I do need some serious toning that I am not getting from the exercise

    Please do not use the word "tone" in any form..thx. Its like fingernails on a chalkboard to my eyes

    I hate clen. Most worthless/overused thing ever. You might as well use...can't state on this board. You get the idea. Makes my hands shake so bad I can't even function normally.

    I love var...but I wouldnt hop on that if your goal is only to lose 5 more lbs. Esp if you are female..

    ya, var is an anabolic compound whereas clen is a bronchiodilater. go for your goal natty, and if you wanna take your body to another level, experiment with var.

    var didn't do anything for me. 5 lbs shouldn't be hard to lose. just eat less, exercise more.

    I agree with the fellas. You should slightly reduce your caloric intake (assuming it is presently healthy), and increase your energy expenditure.

    However, Clen can assist with those last stubborn lbs, but steroids (like Var) are for gaining weight, not losing it. Var does have fat loss properties (w/& w/out exercise), but that doesn't translate into weight loss. Many think pros use aas to drop weight while cutting, but the truth is they're on aas during cutting, bulking, and in between. It's the pre-contest diet & training regimen that's most instrumental in cutting, and wholly responsible for the weight loss. This should be your key as well!

    i don't know if you do this already, but i get up early in the morning before school, go to the gym, and do 45min to an hour of cardio on an empty stomach, works wonders for fat loss for me.

    albuterol is another option instead of clen, more mild side effects and uses more receptors (alpha and beta instead of just beta 2 like clen), its shorter half life also supports a higher anabolic property then clen and a study showed that people on albuterol shows strength and muscle gains when compared to a control group so that might help with your "tone" issues, here's some info on it
