whats a good 2nd cycle my last 1st was trenbalone enthate and sust i did 2ml sust a week and 1 ml tren evrey outher day i trained 4 times a week for bout 2 hrs a day ate like a beast and drunk 10l of water a day i went from 11 stone to 16 stone which was awsome i looked good but now have lost 3 stone and im not happy. im 19 6,3 also wats a good diet you can just get out the fridge without having to buy loads of shit food. SUGGESTIONS PLZ
