I get cravings sometimes and i eat flavoured rice cakes. I'm on a clean diet and was wondering if these cakes are fine. I only eat about one a day.

for many people, rice cakes are the PWO carbs of choice ... so you can get away with eating PWO if you wish
on non workout days, eat em earlier in the day so you can burn it off later... besides, if it fits your macros, a little indulgence wont hurt i suppose
Rice cakes might as well be considered as sugar. So eat them whenever sugar would fit your macros.
