My cycle - suggestions welcome

Dear all,
I have just registered to the site to hear from users with more experience.
I 'd like to start a cycle soon, something like this:


weeks 1-14 boldenone 2 shots per week of 200mg
weeks 5-14 sustanon 1 shot every 10 days of 250mg
weeks 1-5 oxandrolone 30mg per day

post-cycle:(weeks 15-16)
proviron 50mg every days for 2 weeks

recovery:(weeks 17-18)
proviron 50mg every days for 12 days
clomid 100mg avery day for 15days

supplements:
I am taking, at the moment
kre-alkalyn 4 capsules
Glucosamine 2 capsules
vitamin C 1g
Multivitamin 3capsules


My stats are 177cm, 75kg, 12%bf.

why are you running the test for only 9wks and anavar should be run at the end of the cycle and if its your first cycle i would stick to something like test only maybe kick start with some dbol .OH and looking again 250 mgs of test every 10 days come on sus should be shot eod atleast. Read some more on the profiles before you start this cycle im telling you from experience my first cycle was a mess wish i would have read

sustanons 4 esters are made to be used together so they last longer. yea the prop goes away in two days but that doesnt mean you need it eod cause then your using too many long lasting esters

I've cycled for many years, and considering the short esters in sust for even blood levels sust should be shot eod. I've cycled sust 1 shot per week, then ran the same cycle with the same amount of sust split into eod shot and the acne was considerably less with the eod shots. Fluctuations in blood levels are where the sides come from. How many different ways have you personally cycled sust?

sustanon was the first test i ever used, i have used it maybe 5 times. I understand what your saying and you have some experience. i have only shot it every 6 days, but its the only steroid that lasts up to 21 days after your last shot. maybe we could do that eod because we have been doing this for a while but this is his first cycle? this is my eighth year using AAS, i am not knocking your idea because it may very well be a good idea. but i do know that this is his first cycle and that is not how sust is supposed to be used. but none of us go by the book
he also needs to up the dose of sust because the eq is to close in mgs, it should be almost 2to1 375mgs sust and 200 eq will be safer for your pecker

I agree with you, and everyone is different so it could be that he could shoot it further apart without issue. Personally if I didn't want frequent shots I would lean toward test e or cyp, but I guess I'm getting off track from the original question.

-the reason is I don't want to use testosterone for too long...and in too high doses
isn't oxandrolone a good substitution in the beginning of the cycle?

-dianabol is too strong for me maybe, this is supposed to be a mild cycle

I would think that test cyp or test eth would be suitable replacements. Good Luck.

If you just want to run test at HRT doses, then 250mg/week of either enthanate, cypionate or the old sustanon will do the trick. I would do injections once a week, not 10 days.

Your pct needs a little work as well. Clomid for 2 weeks is not enough, run at least 4 weeks. I don't know enough of Boldenone and how suppressive it is, but you might want to add some nolva to that pct as well.

That is one of the reasons why eod injections are recommended for sust. Keep the blood plasma levels steady and hence less hormonal fluctuations to create side effects like acne.

4 weeks at 100 mg(2 tablets) or 50 mg(one tablet) per day please?

I have used sus in theory and practicality and the difference is huge. First yes in theory your supposed to be able to shoot it every couple wks some even say close to a month. I have used it at once a wk, and twice a wk. 2Xwk had less sides than 1Xwk. Then the practical way of using it at eod. which produced far less sides than either method. So yes you can shoot it every couple wks but should you. why not use test e/c if less frequent injections is what you want so you wont have to deal with added sides. so I am simply saying it is smart for most people to do it right or choose a different test, especially a newbie who will freak out at the sign of any sides. Its like taking deca with no test. It can be done I know people who do it but you shouldn't. Also an hrt dose of test is enough to keep libido issues at bay, 250mg which is much higher than natty levels is definately enough to keep libido issues at bay when using any compound. at that level the test isn't doing much work but It will be enough for most people to keep their ladies happy.

test e 250.... take 250mg every 3.5 days for 12 weeks.... youll get good results.

test e or c 2Xwk. example 250mg sunday and 250mg wends. this will keep blood levels stable with least amount of sides. I like sus but again to keep blood levels stable it should be shot eod to avoid sides unless you don't care about additional sides then you can shoot whenever you want.

oh I've read the description about enanthate and cyphionate on the forum and I see they are almost the same....

but.... but.... 500 a week it seems a lot to me , don't you think? I was used to get 350mg/week of sustanon in the previous cycle

I 've read about frontloading.

In fact last time with deca I had to wait 5 weeks to feel something...

Boldenone is still slower so maybe it would be useful tofrontload....

Hi all I am just about to finish the cycle (6 days left), I gained 6kg bodyweight, +15kg on bench press and +30kg on the squat

hopefully will not lose much during the PCT (the pct is a very critical part in my opinion, last time with deca I lost a lot, this time with boldenone I hope to keep 4 kg
