    Hey there,new to the board.

    I'm 34 200lbs, built like a wide receiver, and just want to get a big start from a long break at the gym. Had shoulder surgery, but all is well now. I really just want to add 10 to 15 lbs of muscle, and because I have a quick metabolism I cut naturally. Looking for mass. What should I start with? I'm not trying to compete or anything, just want to play catch up...Any ideas are appreciated.

    Sorry to hear about your injury.
    Have you started to train again? For how long?

    For about 3 months, but have been off and on for the last two years. It wasn't an injury per say, but probably wear and tear from sports over the years. Baseball, tennis, football...etc.

    Bro i would stick w/ Test E and a dball kick..i love the stuff.. except i also run deca w/ it..Anyway..for a beginner i would go w/ 500 mg,2 inj wk of test-E, and go w/ 30-50mg dball ED for 4-6 wks max...Most Bro's might frown on me, but hey, i know you want it, your gonna go for it, so read up on thoughs AS's so you know what your putting in your body Bro..eat righ, lift correctly, and in the future if you need help, i'll give you my email..i have awsome diet plans and food calculators that i down load from sites..Good luck Bro ! Check out all the profiles one the steroids profiles here..good shit ! PS, i run Nolvadex for 4 wks at 20mg ED 3 wks after last inj for PCT...read PCT shit too ! Mad important. OH, 8 wks is no goiod bro, I'd go 12 min... i run 16-20, but i been doin this for years, i'm 33, lol.
