I'm 34 200lbs, built like a wide receiver, and just want to get a big start from a long break at the gym. Had shoulder surgery, but all is well now. I really just want to add 10 to 15 lbs of muscle, and because I have a quick metabolism I cut naturally. Looking for mass. What should I start with? I'm not trying to compete or anything, just want to play catch up...Any ideas are appreciated.![]()
