fina with insulin needles?

i have always used insulin needles with my everyday fina shots, never had a problem until one of my experienced friends says im wasting my fina not getting everything out of it b/c of the needle not going deep into my mucles, is this true???
anyone else here besides me use insulin needles for e/d fina shots? I never had a problem. Thanks!

That all depends on your body fat and where you are injecting. If you are lean, and doing bi, tri, delt, pec shots, shouldn't really be a problem. If not, 25 gauge 1 inch should be sufficient.

Your friend is right. Slin needles will not reach the muscle in the delts. You will need at least a 1" pin. You can use a slin needle but it will have to be used in spot injections only.

Insulin pins are better subQ shots not IM. Just go get your self a
23g or 22g 1"-1.5".
BTW Do you only do delt shots?
