I was planning on running 250mg per week for 8 weeks (TREN E)
I was going to run d-bol(30mg) for 1-4wks and test c for 1-12 (500mg)
is this worth the tren?

i ran this cycle 3 times and have had good results from it..
weeks
1-12 test enanthate 600mg a week
1-6 liquid d-bol at 50mg per day
2-12 tren acetate(finiplix) 75mg eod
i did the cycle 3 times i gained 38 pounds from them and even when i stopped working out i remain within 3 pounds of my weight
did notice that rage and hot flashes and cold sweats at night come bad from the tren.. also no cardio at all.. run down the stairs and i feel like passing out.. (tren cough)
but i do believe that u wont get that with the enanthate style
i too am 5'9 but was 130 now 168-170.. with single digit body fat.. strength gains are incredible on tren too

whats the strength? 250mg/ml?
5'9" and 170lbs and its ur second cycle? What does your diet look like? What BF% are you floating at?
Why not run the tren higher for shorter? I wouldn't run tren longer than 6 weeks.

Anyways I am cutting down I was at 185LB and now 170 and moving down, I would like to hit about 9-10% BF Before starting, I have to wait for 3 months anyways..
Right now I would say I am at 13 BF%
DIET will increase from 2200 to 3200 and then by 2 weeks into cycle 3800, I will try for more but I highly doubt I will make it there.
My TREN is 200ml - 10ml I would go short but I heard it takes time to get going?
Anyways I know I have some fixing to do but as of today I am cutting and then plan on leaning in 3 months.
you can run tren e for 6 to 8 weeks but you should throw some tren ace in w/ it. also, more important, wheres the test?
Diet is lacking, bring it up.
hey man i am on week9 of 10 of test cyp 200/tren e 200....i really worked hard on diet and cardio during my cycle and still put on a good 10-12 pounds of solid muscle! lost a ton of bf% too, and around week 5-6 the strength increases really kicked in good and i am getting stronger every day now...love it! ...just my expiernce that the tren 200 is well well worth it if u are dedicated enough on cycle!

night sweats and insomnia...starts week 3
vasucalirty(my forearms veins are unreal) and strength started week6(I felt it kick in) for me, and still going strong, sweats and insomina got a little worse though
and week 8...acne....on my chest and shoulder....sucks.... anyone know how long after cycle till it goes away???
its my first time ever with tren...hence low dosages. and i was using it as a cutter
but i can tell u i have gone up about 50 pounds on upper body lifts and more on lower body lifts. before tren...no six pack....now (with clen the past 2 weeks) its there!
mind u..i did a hour of cardio 4 times a week and was stirct on my diet
Well how much more cals did you intake from your BMR, mY DIET is weak and that is why I am cutting up now but all plain jane, Just to see if I can get it clean. I will have clen in about 2 weeks!
I get messy on weekends but when at work I am strong all day. Lots of tuna/oatmeal.chicken and so on. and weekends I also eat the same just think I get to carryed away some sometime on eating lots of carbs at night.
I have a problem with eating carb/pro and that at different times.
But with the gym stats, I am good

uhh i decreased my calories, i am cutting...i was eating close to 3700 calories a day(winter bulking) and i slowly decreased to about 2500 a day with 200g prot.
basically what i learned from my low tren e cycle is yes u will have good stregnth gains, vascularity, bigger etc.
but as far as really leaning out and keeping all the muscle u have obtained while losing some good ol fat....its ALL abouth the diet man....hit the diet forums up hardcore and u will be amazed how a little dose of tren can do wonders.
total body transformation for me in 9 weeks man...well worth the dedication
45 min cardio is plenty by the way...diet+cardio+tren= good
Diet is my weakest, Everyone at home and around work all eat like sh*t, and at my home we eat ok but then they have chips and all that junk, I don't eat them but it makes me want to get something into me, So I eat a Peanut butter sandwich.
Man how would you put your plan for example 3200cal/300carb/200fat/200pro so on..
i will tell u exactly what i did for my diet. and then u can change how u want it!
i am really not a diet expert....i try to make it easy and then stay on course
morning cardio
meal #1 1/2 cup plain oats with a bannana in it for flavor plus 3 hard boiled eggs or a protein shake
meal #2 can of tuna (snack)
meal 3 2 chicken breast (fat, skin removed) 1/2 cup fo whole grain rice
meal 4 turkey sandwhich (whole grain bread, light miricle whip etc...)
workout
meal 5(pwo) protein shake and 3 hard boiled eggs
meal 6 1/2 cup pf whole grain rice and piece of chicken...cottage cheese
u can see my macros are way off and all that jazz but it turned out to be about 2200-2600 calories 200-250 prot 100 carbs 50 fat
its easy though i just bought tons of eggs and chicken and cooked them all 2 weeks in advance, and i used the bagged whole grain microwave rice.
i know tons of guys who know way more on diets and can probably run my diet into the ground and flame on it. but its simple and it worked well.
if i were u and wanted to have more carbs and fat....double up the eggs and add another bag of rice in there..

I try to eat 8-9 meals a day, but then again my macro are way off.
I find myself eating Peanut butter and whole wheat before bed I did pick up some casin tryed it, the only thing is when I come home it is 4am and I like to mix up peanut butter with it.
Anyways man thanx, I may try it out or try to build up with that, I have some very good info from this one guy on here that I am follow also.
The only thing is with both of your Plans togather you both are eating 3 meals before workout, were I can only eat 1 then pump!!!
