What should my PCT be?

Test E 500mg a week 1-12
Primo 400mg a week 1-12
Var 40 mg ed 7-12

what is the best pct for this cycle. I have talked to a few bros abou thtis and i get a different answer from each. Was wondering if you all could come up with something that we all agree on.

Id go for Pheedno's style PCT after that cycle.

Anthony Roberts if it was a more suppressive one with something like a 19nor in it.
