Hey. I'm 21 years old. 5' 11.5", 220 lbs. Training for roughly 4 years, never cycled.
I'm open to constructive criticism, but don't be too harsh
Also feel free to guess bf% as I have no idea what it is.
Things I feel I need to work on: abs/cutting fat, back, chest.
Things I feel are good: bi's, tri's and shoulders.
I'm thinking about cutting this summer, then afterwards doing a test e/dbol cycle, but nothing is set in stone obviously. My workout spit is chest/tri's, back/bi's, legs, shoulders/traps, abs/calves. I do 30 min of low intensity cardio after lifting.
