Hi ive been lookin into the forum for sometime now and have been working out at the gym but ive hit a wall. So far ive been natural but I need some assistance it appears lol. Im 21 years old 6'' foot 200 even and Im intrested in any feedback on the veterans on my approach. Im looking to lose another 20 pounds. Ive done alot of cardio over the last year and have lost 80 pounds. Im looking to bulk up and cut but be proportioned right, I have a personal gym at home and time to dedicate, but Id like to gain mass and cut up and Ive been reading up on clen but not sure if the gains would help me before I start. I was considering Anavar for my first cycle, any info or suggestions would be appreciated
