    Whats up everyone

Hi ive been lookin into the forum for sometime now and have been working out at the gym but ive hit a wall . So far ive been natural but I need some assistance it appears lol. Im 21 years old 6'' foot 200 even and Im intrested in any feedback on the veterans on my approach. Im looking to lose another 20 pounds. Ive done alot of cardio over the last year and have lost 80 pounds. Im looking to bulk up and cut but be proportioned right, I have a personal gym at home and time to dedicate, but Id like to gain mass and cut up and Ive been reading up on clen but not sure if the gains would help me before I start. I was considering Anavar for my first cycle, any info or suggestions would be appreciated

    Thanks

19 % I Do 2 hours a day of cardio, for 4 days lift for 3 Im on a strict low carb high protien diet, Looking to shred fat and gain bulk then cut it down. Looking for the right tools to use to stack plus pct , but preferances vary for some, thats why advice is much appreciated. I just dont want to go out and buy a stack special without it working correctly for me. Your input is appreciated to anyone who has some

I firmly advise to cut the bodyfat before starting a cycle

Change your cardio up, if you are doing the same thing all the time. I feel your pain. You want to get over the plateau and can't. Even check out the diet forum and see if your diet seems up to par according to some of those guys. Keep up the good work and hang in there.
