if it is illegal, then they can get you for a controlled delivery for 1 dbol or 1 amp of test....the chances that you would get in some seroius trouble over such a small amount is very unlikely......but possible

I have a friend that orders purely online now.... He orders a lot and quite frequently... What he says is that as long as you are not buying enough to look like a distributor than you're fine

bro,I know of a guy that bought a couple jugs of cip and some hcg,when it came time to accept delivery he noticed the mailman was different than the usual guy,but he didn't think anything of it.He signed his name and before he knew it a swarm of very buff DEA agents busted in,they cuffed him behind his back and told him to sit there and not move.The agents then took his gear to another room to be "tested".After a while they came back to where he was sitting,placed the empty jugs of test in front of him and then abruptly left.To this day he can't figure out what really happened.He did tell me that he ran into one of the agents at a local 7-11,and the agent looked much bigger than he remembered .
