3rd cycle but it's been 5-6 years since last cycle

I'm 28 175lbs 5'7" ( wo 4x/wk)
Thinking about doing a third cycle it's been 5-6 years since the last one. The 1st cycle Sust and D-bol, 2nd cycle Sust, D-bol, & Primo... both 12 wks. Both cycles i didn't do any pct and didn't have any problems or sides that were noticeable and made good gains. This time im going to stick with worked well for me...sust (500ml/wk for 12wks) and D-bol (5 tabs/day for12 wks), im going to do a pct not sure of what i need? Nolva 18 days after last poke? and what dose?

sus should be shot EOD just to keep in mind
what is your dbol mgs at?
nolva and clomid would be an ideal PCT and yes start 18 days after last poke.
