salmon fillet

any one got a good recipe for a salmon fillet?

season w/ a lil salt and pepper on each side, drop of olive oil in a sautee pan on medium high heat, wait till oil starts to look like its moving and then drop the salmon in for a few mintues on each side, just make sure to leave it long enough so the outside forms a crust, then you can make a quick honey mustard or balsamic glaze to top it with........very simple and good
