i want to bulk as much as possible and yet cut & ripp also.

Determineing your daily claloric intake is easy. Go to the educationa;l threads and look up a thread in the search button called "How to determine your daily caloric intake" Thereis a part 2 as well called "Tables for determineing your caloric intake". Print them out and you should be able to figure it out quite easily with a calculator. If you have any problems shoot me a pm and I'll clear up any cob webs that you may have.
