i know nothing unfortunately and i have done a cycle of sust 250 and got good gains from that but i know if i had researched it i could have maximized that for sure but ok here are my stats
5'9
172lb
22yr old
very athletic
dont know my body fat guessing around17-19 % being pesimistic
also i do alot of cardio and i have been lifting for about 2 and 1/2 years but heres the deal my buddy gave me 2- 10ml vials of tren and i have 2-10ml vials on the way for my cycle what i have read is that tren and test prop stack well together and i was going to start like this
400-500mg of prop week1-3
then 400-500mg week3-12
and then at week three throw in the tren at 75mg eod
until week 11 then stop the tren and keep taking the test prop at 400-500mg and need help on my pct so far i got aromasin and clomiphene
clomi 4 weeks 100mg then at 2 weeks 50mg ed
then aromasin for 25mg for 4 weeks but what else that is relatively easy to get ? and not a bank breaker?
what ya think as well as my diet goes i have read up on a diet that RAMBO wrote in the diet forum that sounds like it would work for me as well as i can alter it to fit my needs
i also consume 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight so feel free to tell me whats up
