I am not sure what is meant by your goals... seems more like a motivation than a goal. But anyway, looks like the only cycle you have ran was winny, as clen is not considered AAS. I have not used winny at all but I have a few friends who have. They all have gotten good results from it but they dont run it for more than 6 weeks... maybe 8 weeks at the most. So again back to my question:
What is your goal? Do you want to cut and rip? do you want to gain 15 pounds of mass? Do you want to add 25 pounds to your bench?
The best advice I can give you is gonna be what most of the guys on here would tell you. Run a test only cycle and go from there. I think this will give you the results youare looking for (regardless of what they really are) since test can be use in either a cutting or bulking cycle. Either way be strick on your diet and the rest will fall in place.
