22g 1 1/2 with the cap cut as a reducer to 1inch is what I use and it's ok.But I've always had pain at the site when I inject the glutes that's why I don't like to use that site.But studies show that Equipoise"I'm using Equipoise rite now" has the potential to remain in the muscle longer then other compounds sometimes causing abcesses that require draining so I have to switch up the sites from delts to glutes.

Holy crap 18g ? Yeah thats your problem. Like Wiseone stated 23g works fine, if super thick oil just heat slightly with blow dryer or hold under hot water before injecting

dammm, u need a tourniquet for that wound "lol"..... I use a 25g and run the syringe under hot water "works like butter" and I occasionally will have soreness.

i use 25g 1.5" usualyl on my glutes... but ive been getting the worst pain... i think im gonna use 1 inch pins cause i think im going a bit to deep and its getting dispersed undr the muscle a bit and it is jsut killlling me... when i shoot 1 inch pins i never have that problem... bro 18g is like a damn nail... swith up ur pins!!

you won't go to deep with a 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch needle as your glute is pretty thick, though if you inject wrong you risk hitting your sciatic nerve and causing paralysis
