how should i inject my deca?

i will be runing my sus/ deca cycle and i was wondering if i could get away with injecting the deca once a week? or would it be best if i went twice a week?

when your blood levels become unstable or flucuate your body aromatizes testosterone into estrogen and you get all the sides associated with that (water retention, gyno etc.)
