    Can anyone help me with the next part of my cycle?

    Sorry guys, i know you all get asked these dumb questions a lot, but i'm hoping at least one person can help me.

    I've been on a 20mg a day dbol cycle for 6 weeks. the first 2 weeks was jsut dbol and after that i've been on 4 weeks of both the dbol and test prop. I am jsut about done my dbol cycle and really don;t know what to do next. After i stop my dbol (which i am doing this week) i still have a few more injections of prop left to do. What do i do after that?. I was a pretty skinnny guy and have realized significant gains off of my recent cycle of dbol and prop. I paid a lot of money and don;t want to lose my gains. WHat do i do next?

    One suggestion i was already given for what to do next is to continue prop for 6-10 more weeks, stack it with eq, and then take 6 weeks for pct. What other suggestions do some of you mroe experienced ppl have?

    run phneedo's pct, it's a sticky in the pct section and you better hurry and get the stuff cause you start your pct 2 days after your last prop injection, btw, 6-8 weeks of prop is fine, how often were you injecting and what dose

    Run a PCT that you can find in the PCT section. They are all great PCT's. Secondly you need to keep you diet up still! Keep eating those calories or you will loose your gains. What does your diet look like right now, and what are your stats?

    Ok the info on the pct was helpful (i read that stick y thread in the pct section). But here is the question i still have: Should i do another6 weeks of prop before my pct, and if i do that extra 6 weeks, what else should i stack it with since i have to rest from dbol.

    btw i dont; know what you mean by what my 'stats' are. I have put on 18 pounds in the 6 weeks of my cycle. I have been doing 20 mg of dbol per day and 1cc of prop every 3-4 days. Like i said i am a real skinny dude with a small build. So i started at about 122 and am now at 140lbs. I consume anywhere from 60-100 grams of protien per day (sometimes i skip my normal protien drink so i just get whatever i get from the food i eat). I really couldn;t tell you how many calories i consume per day.

    Argh, first off your diet SUCKS.

    I get 60-100g of protein in 1-2 meals. You need to drastically increase your caloric intake to gain weight so stacking more compounds will NOT help you. Get off the juice, start PCT and in the mean time, start eating like a beast. Check out the diet section under sample bulking diets and you'll get the idea on how much your supposed to eat to grow. Right now your diet is not whats getting you big, its all the water weight your holding which you'll lose after cycle. 1cc of prop every 3-4 days? should be shot every day or at the most every other day, read up more on AAS before getting into them again. So yes, stop all, start PCT and increase your daily caloric intake now.

    Damn, how do you guys eat so much. I thought i ate a lot, but i had no idea. I guess i need to find a way to increase my appetite, or just try to force food down my throat

    that's sounds about right, there is stuff you can take to increase your appetite, but i'd just learn to eat by the clock and not by your hunger
