yo man you need a lot of help..just look at the cutting thread..figure out the calories you need..and the amounts of protein carbs and fats you need..find foods..plug them in..carbs in the morning and after your workout mostly..
i feel like you want people to hand feed you and most people here dont have time to do that! please make up a solid diet showing how many proteins carbs and fats in each meal (along with the food) and people will be able to critique it and get you on the right track!
its much better to read and research and get a solid understanding of what you are doing than to just let someone tell you what you are doing..

Oh, and Daniel.... skip the clen for now. Trust me. Get your diet and execise down first and you will not need it. Clen is not for beginners, nor will it be effective until you have the rest in check.
