Just like the title says:
i sent an email to a lab that i have heard is pretty good.
I said: "I was wondering why you have a minimum limit on the number of items you must buy?"
(the limit is 10 items)
The reply i got from the guy:
"Hi, because we have a minimum order, some companies make it in total cost of the order and we make it in total number of items. It is not good to ship less than 10 vials, it will not be as desreet as it is needed.Thanks, _______"
(the blank was just the lab name)
Like i said i've heard good things about this company.
What do you think about the minimum order and the reply i got?
by the way the response came promptly (less than 24 hours.)
