    want to get shredded-------what to use???

    well----would at least like to see my abdominal muscles. My current physique is due to my binges of beer and tostitos and cheese...and pizza.
    I do not have time to work out regularly, but could devote 30min to an hour a day. Would like to get rid of the fat and put on a little size. I am 6' 215 right now and would probably look like I want at about 195---which is where I wanna be.....my brother in law says he can get winny----should I go with this or look around for something else. Oh yeah---I am 31 years old.....work a lot and have 6 oys---so time is not in abundance

    Do you even hit the gym already?

    A strict diet, cardio and lifting at the gym should be in check LONG b4 AAS use.

    Sounds like steroids are not for you.

    Steroids don't do anything if you don't:

    A. workout
    B. eat properly

    You shouldn't be even thinking of using AAS.

    stop eatting and drinkin shit, look in the diet forum

    get a decent workout regime, check the workout forum

    All you need is 30min to an hr in the gym. Just make a schedule before you go so you won't be thinking on what to do. Also eating pizza = big no lol.

    take the Bacon and shove it up your ass. Yes, I work out----no not religiously-----Maybe 3 times a week for lifting and 1 or 2 for cardio. As far as my last post---it was a while ago---yes I did lose 5 lbs and two of the kids are my step kids------they are grown up, and I didn't include them in this count----Fing sue me! I don't plan on using a magic pill, but am looking for advice----I am starting a strict diet and workout program.....and hopefully after a month or so would like to cut fat-----not really interested in getting much bulk---I would prefer to stay flexible and lean

    With an attitude like that you will find lots of love here I'm sure.
    And we are supposed to just know that you did loose 2 kids. If you would have come back and just said Oh yes and here is why without the attitude, maybe we would believe you.
    Still smells like bacon to me.....
    It also sounds like with that attitude if you started on any juice your anger management problem would only get worse and you'd end up in jail or dead so do yourself a favor and forget it until you get everything under control.
