As far as my last post---it was a while ago---yes I did lose 5 lbs and two of the kids are my step kids------they are grown up, and I didn't include them in this count----Fing sue me! I don't plan on using a magic pill, but am looking for advice----I am starting a strict diet and workout program.....and hopefully after a month or so would like to cut fat-----not really interested in getting much bulk---I would prefer to stay flexible and lean
