hey everyone, this is be a cutting cycle. I have been working out seriously for the past 2 years, before that was training hard but ate whatever.
CYCLE EXPERIENCE:3 serious cycles, others had to stop for reasons (car accident, poor planning and school). i have ran test E,dbol and deca once test E, drol, deca once and test E and tren(<---uneducated cycle)
STATS:20, height 5'10, weight186lbs (cut down the last month lost 14lbs), BF%9.5%.
given that I was in the car accident i shattered my knee 2 years ago and its completly mangled rite now so i will not be doing legs heavy, no squats,cleans etc.. (another sergery in 6 months)
I have been clean for 6 months and ready to start my summer cycle.

SUPPLEMENTS: DREN 1 capsule daily(morning), Animal Pak 1 pak daily(morning),Animal Stak(21paks, once daily 30mins before training),NitroTech Protien, Glutamine and BCAA.
TRAINING SPLIT:3days on 1day off
monday-chest,bi's
tuesday-back,tri's
wednesday-shoulder,legs
thrusday-off
REPEAT
