    starting again "need musle"

    i m looking to get started again in lifting I took a cycle of sust 250 for like 8 weeks before,

    but now I m like 170 5'10 28 years little belly on me I need to get rid of the belly and start gaining muscle

    i need to know what cycle is good for this ?something that will burn fat at the same time build muscle ?
    what do people think of HGH??

    can anybody help ?

    you should have yur diet in check first. You also need to prepare your body for the stress of all the added muscle and harder workouts. You probably need a few months to work up to the point where aas useage might be beneficial for you. I suggest that you use this time to cut up some, as it will make your "bulking" cycle more effective (and safer!)

    170 5' 10" with a belly ... but youve been big before just workout and make sure you got your diet in check and muscle memory is incredible...

    routine is key. its important to establish a good workout schedule, form a healthy diet & make sure you can follow it for at least 6 months before considering aas. As you probably know even with only one cycle under your belt it is alot of added stress on your body & mind and you need to be prepared or you will loose motivation & waste your juice.
