help, lots o blood

as suggested I have started trying to rotate sites rather than just go into my quads and today I tried my right delt. I inserted with my left hand quickly, used my thumb to pull back on the syringe and didn't see any blood. I'm not sure if I pulled back enogh or not and was a little shakey with my left hand. Either way soon as I pulled the pin out blood dripped all the way down to my elbow before I was able to cover it and wipe it off. Is this something to be concerned with?

I'm guessing the first question would be did I aspirate. Well... I normally pull back till I see bubbles. I couldn't se anything the way I held the dart but I didn't notice any blood in the syringe. Not sure if I did it right though. What's worst case?

This happens sometimes when you catch a vein when going in, nothing to worry about...
