frontloading ??????s

been reading about frontloading,stilll a little confused. if you are going to shoot 400 mgs a week of test c broken up 200 and 200. do i shoot the whole 400 on the first day of cycle then another 200mgs twice a week for the next 12 weeks. i will also be using 30 mgs of d bol. hey thanks for any help. im to the site

What ever the weekly amount is double the weekly use and administer that before the first half life from the first injection, so you can just double the first 2 shots of cyp and them back to normal.
