I ran across this old pic (well 2004). Right before I stepped foot in the gym! I looked like a stick figure and weighed 130ish lbs @ 5'10". I was 18-19.
Diet and working out has made a world of difference. The after pic (taken today, is without any gear)
I hope when i get done with my first cylcle of sust 250 @ 500mg/wk. I will see that much improvement.![]()
