So I was checking out my tri's in the mirror the other day, and after straightening my arm out all the way I could see like this nastly flap or excess amount of skin in my elbow.
I went from like 220 to 240 last cycle and then cut back down to a lean 220 so Im wondering if its stretched skin. Granted I also just turned 29 and it could be from aging but I dont know.
Anyone else ever had this?
