Umm...whats ur experience with lifting, ur age, and your stats?
Im 30, av been liftin on/off 4 bout a year, i weigh 14 st, any help u cud give wud be really appreciated buddy
about of year of working out eh...hrmm..not great for buildilng a base to go off of to start juicing...
I would say work out for another year b4 juicing, but you prolly wont..lolz..so what ima recommend is a simple cycle.. it will make you happy im sure
Test enanthate - 500mg a week for 12weeks striaght ...2 shots a week..split them ..like monday and thursday injections
also you want to run ur nolva, liquidex through out cycle..(im kinda old school, liquidex may have a substitute nowerdays, and clomid for post cycle
eat 2g protein per 1Lb bodyweight every day( iknow its alot, but u need stuff to grow off of)
also eat a good amount of carbs..research diets, great info in this forum..
It's really simple, but it will do wonders. Research Test e for first cycles...Thas all u need, anymore would be a waste...cept for maybe some winny towards the end of your cycle

As above, simple test 1st cycle is the way to go, though you'd benefit more if you trained natty for at least another year.
I'd keep nolva and letro/adex on hand and only use it if you need too.
Why take a drug you might not need.

i think he meant lose bodyfat and gain muscle ..lolz thats what i got from it
