proper liquid letro dose....

im on my 6th week of 500mg test e and 400mg decca. I just picked up some liquid letro because my nipples are puffy and I can definately feel a lump behind each. what is the proper amount I should take, 2.5mg? do i take this every day or every other? do i have to slowly taper on to that dosage or just start at 2.5mg.

i just put in a very small aumount of some heavy juice cuz i can't handle the taste "gag reflex..real bad"
