I'm 29, 6'1, 223 @ 15-16% BF all natural so far.
My work out is 5 days a week of (for 2 years):
45min-1hr medium to high intensity interval cardio,
40min-1hr lifting (alternating Chest&Tri,Shoulder/Back,Bi/Lats and mixing it up from time to time for shits & giggles)
Finish with 20-30min high intensity cardio
Diet is high protein, lo carb and I don't cheat often. Almost all my body fat (that I can tell) is in the abdomen area.
Recently some friends who have taken several cycles and seem to know wtf they are talking about came to me emphatic that I needed to try a cycle of metribolone & clomid. They have never, ever suggested I take a cycle of anything so it caught my attention. They say with my cardio and existing lean muscle it would help me rid me of left over gut and put on a few additional pounds of lean muscle. The clomid is for gyno prevention (according to them)
I trust me friends and all but i've been reading on here for days about metribolone/tren/and clomid and I don't really think I should take it for my first cycle. I've read a couple of posts suggesting it's good for "kick starting" but most seem to warn that this isn't for n00bs, regardless of existing workout/diet/conditioning. Is my assumption correct? And if so, could someone point me to a link that has info on what a good starter cycles are for those that just need to cut?
