i've been working out on and off for almost two years now. the only reason i havnt been consistent is b/c i played soccer and basketball in high school. aftr i graduated i stoped playing team sports and 7 months ago i started to really take lifting weights seriously. for the last half year i've been taking whey protein, amino acids, multi vitamins and eating right, and going to the gym 5 days a week
Im 19 (turn 20 in july) 5'10 174lbs. 9% body fat. max bench 265.
my goal is to weigh 205-215lbs 5-6% body fat
for the last couple of weeks i've really done my homework on steroids, and im leaning towards taking a cycle of d-bol 20-30mg a day for 4 weeks split up with milk thisle and fish oil for my liver and heart, with a pct of clomid or nolvadex. Im not sure if i should stack it with deca b/c i've never used any type of roids before and really dont know how my body will react.
I know you guys have probaly seen this question a number of times from other young guys like me but im NOT going to do any cycle unless i do it the correct way. like i said i've done my research and know the dangers and benifits of anabolic steroids. i just wanted any advice i could get from more experienced bodybuilders or guys who have used D-bol with or without Deca.
