and ephedrinne+caffiene one hour before workout ? i am 23 years 220 pounds with b.f lower than 12% now? and i cycled from 3 years ago? i have good muscles but i dream of being good shaped and people who compete take this stuuf but they add also many things that might be small but make them have veins and shape goood ? what can i add t4? or lypo 6 or vascular or creatine or what things i don't know? i want comments from u
