I know it makes the chicken taste like rubber after its boiled. But boiling, baking or broiling all heats the chicken and potentially destroyes some of the protein. Check out www.eggwhitesint.com 100% liqiud pateurized egg whites. I use them and I get no gas from all the eggs I consume raw pasteurized, about 30 a day usually.

not to deter further from the point and hijack but I drink "all whites" pasteurized whites and it equates to about 200gm of protein ED for me so that right there is like 65 egg whites lol, but they go down so fast it is insane. Cutting is a lot easier with this at my disposal, also the grocery store last week had buy 1 get one free so I bought them out totaly, filled up my cart with 26 cartons LOL, the lady is like....you eat healthy huh?

just dont overcook your chicken and you will be ok, I grill it SLOWLY and let it carry over cook as it comes off the grill so it is at perfect readiness and i dont worry too much a bout the insignifigant amount of protein that may or may not have been destroyed, my belief is it hasnt been much at all.
