I am 5'8" 230lbs. When I first started I was 280lbs. After loosing 50lbs I have hit a road block and cant seem to loose weight. I want to loose 50 more lbs. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Thanks

up your cardio and switch up you workout plan and look up cutting diets i have been doing this and i droped over 100lbs and still loseing!

diet and cardio. Remember to have a cheat meal or day once in a while. That is a major reason for stalling after fat loss. Your body goes into starvation mood. trick it up once and a while.
