Gyno lump(Arimidex)

I am currently a little over 2 weeks into my first cycle of prop 100mg EOD and test e 500mg a week. I have a lump under my left nipple and have arimidex on hand. I have had problems with gyno before when taking PH and it went away after being about the same size when i started a new PH a couple of months ago. So I am not to worried about losing the lump since i have accomplished it before without the use of an AI. However how much Arimidex should I take and how often througtout the rest of my cycle?

i always suggest using an AI with cycle even if no previous problems at least low dose. I would try 1/2mg EOD and see how that works

thanks i know it was dumb not to start it from the beginning. any other inputs on how much to take?
