is it normal to feel sick after taking anavar? i started out taking it 2 pills 3 times a day and moved up to 5 in the morning and 5 at night.I had to work my way up to that because it made me feel sick,it was hard to work out or espically do carido my hart rate would increase and sometimes i would puke but then feel fine. im only taking anavar nothing else

Man I started at 50 and dropped to 40 because of the lethargy. Yeah, yeah, I know "power through it, dog" but it was the complete opposite of my cycle with Deca. I could not WAIT to get out of bed running Deca, with Anavar even after 10 hours it was hard getting up.

yeah that is what i did but i found i felt more sick than tired but im ready to do it again next week is the stat of my cycle

I believe you should run 20 - 40 mg a day..what you are doing is over dosing

even when i started i took my first 2 pills witch would have been 20 mg(i think) it made me feel sick for about 2 hours.Everyone else says i should take 60 to 100mg a day

bro first of all every one responds diff to diff compounds so im guessing var is not for you. also call me crazy but the thought of you not knowing how many mg there is per pill scares me. theyr usually 10 but i know a guy that has 50 so thats a scary thought to ponder

Yeah mine are 25, you need to know for sure. Is it not on the label?

I take 2 per day so thats 50 mg and I have not felt sick at all, though my appettite doesnt seem to be what it should.

I did 40mg a day and had great results..... your taking way too much "IMO"

Try taking it at small doses first....then split throughout the day....having your larger dose in the morning.....Are you getting any headaches or just having stomach issues?? It is kind of a high dose....good results @ 40-60mg.

my var is legit i mean it worked i seen results thats why im doing it again thanks for the advise guys anything esle you can give me would be great thanks

i was running anavar at 20mg/day for a few months, i noticed that it made me nauseous after i took it too, hard to get food down later in the day, also gave me a pain in my gut sometims, this came out mostly when i was doing abdonminal exercises, made me feel kind of constipated, but ate a lot of fibre and it cleared out eventually

this sounds more like what i have i take 2 and dont feel good i work my way up to 80 mg a day if i dont work my way up i feel sick as hell thanks for posting at least i know im not alone it says on the bottle to take 3 2times a day witch is 60 mg a day so i know to take at least that but I still have to work my way up to that

Work your way up to the dose that works best for you.

My bro is on 50 mg of anavar a day on his third day he got a throat infection he went to a doc and got some antibiotic he stopped anavar for about 5 days then got on anavar again since last monday and gained about 7 pounds since then. Other then the throat infection he's alright i don't think he got the throat infection from the var..

i found now if i keep my stomach full i feel alot better if i start to not feel good i eat and it seems to help .does that make any sense?

I just ordered 600mg of anavar and plan to take it only 20 mg a day for 30 days to start... just cause it's so expensive anyways... from what i read 20mg is enough... i am using it for the fat removing aspects of it, not to gain anything... and i have very minimal to remove, maybe 5 pounds, 10 pounds max... the avatar is me now... 5' 11" 190 pounds... work out 5-6 days a week full body... anyone think 20mg is too little a dose?
