I wondered if anyone else sufferes with bad constipation?
Current diet is:
715am
1 protein shake
1 bowl of special K OR Oats
1015am
1 protein shake P22g C3g
1pm
1 or 2 chicken breats
1 serving cous cous or rice
Portion of veggies (peas, sweetcorn, runner beans)
1 orange
1 apple
3pm
1 protein shake
5:30pm
1 tin tuna
1 serving cottage cheese
PWO
1 shake
8:15
White or red meat with veggies and maybe rice, pasta or potatoes. Never fatty foods
11pm
1 protein shake or Chicken and cottage cheese
Intake per day is
Protein 210 approx
Carbs 80 approx
I am 5 10" 210lbs trying to cut bodyfat before test cycle in late summer. It is impossible for me to eat a meal at 10:15am or 3pm. Shakes are my only option. I have thought about substiuting the 11pm sshake with tuna and cottage cheese or another chicken breast full time?
Any thoughts? Thanks
