my question is......if im consuming 2000 calories plus or minus....and my protien intake is around 345g+ and my carb intake is under 100 grams a day...is this hurting me or helping me...if my body is getting the right amounts of protien will it still eat up my muscle or will it burn the fat...im 6'1 251lbs.....but even though my calorie intake is so low i still feel fine through out the day...... im trying to loose bodyfat (obviously)......i dont want to consume a lot of carbs cause i am an endomorph body type and i dont want to give myself anything else to store as fat.....but if i need to up my carb intake some i will......i also plan on haveing a higher carb day to keep my body from adjusting.....just let me know whats up.....its really hard for me to lose bf so im taking it to extremes......i also added a tren test stack along with some clen..it has worked wounders for me in the past and im sure it will do the same again......also the other reason im asking is because tren help feed efficancy thats why it is good on a low cal diet....if you want to check out what im eating go look at the memeber pic forum and you will see me and what i eat down to the T.....its a 3 food 3 liquid diet....im just looking for something to tweak my diet a bit.....im not asking for critism on using AS. but if you feel you need to then be my guest...it aint gonna b other me any....thanx guys
