Im around 208 lbs and about 9 % BF.. Very lean but just was lazy over the winder and did not to cardio nor abs.. So now i look muscualr but have a stomch thats starting to pop out and starting to see the love handles.. Okay so my questions ..
Im on right now a 10 week Test C Cycle.
I just want to be a little more cut up . but the main thing is the stomch. Should i just do cardoi and abs. I never had to cut down and diet before so bare with me...
Im totally stumped on what to do .. if anyone can help i would it would be alot to me .. thx guys
