anyone have any info on the benefit of these fatty acids....???
I have been getting them from canned smoked herring fillets...I eat them at work on my snack breaks....usually 3 x /day...fat content is 8-13 gms (o mega 3 fatty acids is 2 grams) and protien is 17-21 grams depending on brand. Sodium is a little high but I drink alot of water so Its not a big deal...
