I am currently trying to formulate a cut cycle for myself. My stats are 5'10 175, around 10% bodyfat, 5 yrs lifting experience, 2yrs serious. I have done a cycle of Test Cyp, and then a cycle of test sust/tren ace. I am an ammy MMA fighter looking to shed the last bit of fat.
I have been cutting for 8 weeks and have dropped from 195... but I'm having trouble getting down to 5% bf w/ out a loss of strength. I am looking for a cycle that will drop my bf down to 4-5%, maintain my strength (if not gain), keep my weight stable, and maintain if not improve my cardio.
I guess what I'm trying to ask is #1, do you guys think I could benefit from a short cutting cycle or do I need to tough it out on my own?
#2, if I could benefit, what should the cycle look like. I was thinking Test Prop/Masteron but I don't know if that would be beneficial to me athletically (No tren because of the loss of cardio, and no winny because of its effect on joints). Thanks guys.
