glass vials, no vacuum nec?

obviously this is not going to be possible w/ an all glass vial:

Pull back on the syringe approximately as much as you are going to fill it (i.e. - if you are going to draw one cc then first load one cc of air) poke the needle into the vial.

Inject the air into the bottle so that you have created a vacuum effect and drawing will be easier

so how do you do it w/ an all glass vial?

what I am asking is, do I need to draw 1 ml of air into the syringe before trying to draw the test in?

is that still nec w/ no rubber stopper?

If you read the post, when using a vial you draw air into the syringe and inject the air into the vial so you don't create a vacuum when drawing from the vial. I can tell already you aren't ready for a cycle.

what I wasn't ready for was having something dumped into my lap that I wasn't studied for. The info I read was for a different container.

the due I am getting it from is a conspiracy nut job, son guidance from him. I just don't want to fck up

I got the amp open, but I can't draw into the syringe at all...

23G1... it seems like it is on tight, is there anything else could it be?

Ok, everything is done, I was just trying to draw too fast. But the needle might not have been tight enough either.

Thanks, dudes, sorry for being a complete newb, but ike I said, I had no visual instruction. Dude just dropped it & that was it. So it was all on the fly, thanks for walking me through it.

Side note, it took long as hell to inject. Might be b/c I have no ide what I am doing, but is that the way it should be?
