Yeah it does make a big difference as I've just experienced, changing the dose for example from 2 shots a week @500 test e to 250 of test e a week one shot per week. My blood levels changed dramatically and I suffered ED, not much fun when you're banging away with your woman and ya dick goes limp. First time ever for me so yeah I'd say it makes a big difference bro
