wanted to know if any of you have thoughts on taking ephedra at the same time i am taking clen. i havent started yet and was wondering if adding ephedra would help or hurt the effects of clen.

prob wouldnt hurt the sides of clen, just would do more harm to your heart then anything. My advise, dont do it, the risks are to great.
