    Unhappy Please Help, Feeling Small

This is my first post here, so please be lenient on me if I do not follow the protocol correctly. My stats:

    26 years old
    249 lbs
    approx. 17% BF
    6'1"
    Currently on 3rd cycle

Here is what I am doing:

    weeks 1-12

    500mgs Test E/wk (250 2x/wk)
    600 EQ (300 2x/wk)

    weeks 8-12

    Win Inj (50mgs ED)

I just started my 6th week of Test E and EQ and I am not seeing the results that I would like. I just don't look as strong as I am. I bench 405lbs 5x with good form and My chest is less developed than someone maxing out at half that. I work out hard 4-5x/week. I am taking Redline to try not to get bloated, but I think that may be where I am cutting my gains short. Also, I am getting only about 200g protein/day. I just dont see how its possible to intake 500. Someone please help. Also, I am thinking about switching to Sust 250 instead of Test E for last 5 weeks of cycle (1 cc 3x/weel - total 750/wk). Any advice would be appreciated. Great website by the way, it's perfect.

use a diuretic. Redline = caffeine = catabolism = eating your muscles up

Another thing is your Body fat composition is really high (Not trying to be rude)

What are your goals? Are you going for strength, size, or cut? Because those three choices are all different essays.

Another thing is your not going to see noticeable drastic changes at 17%bfc. T3 Cytomel maybe with some Clen?

^ x2 clen and T3 would be a good start to work on the bf first. although i think diuretics are pretty dangerous for the average person. And Guys who bench 1000 lbs look like big fat asses. Heavy weight dosent mean better looking body

diuretics might be a little too much, but definitely better than caffeine pills
i dont think you need 500g protein, but 300 - 350 would probably be optimal, along with a clean diet. i have a feeling thats where you're running into problems..

Sounds like you never fixed your diet when you started gear. Check out the diet section on the forums and follow it.

especially since he already weighs 249. Protein intake seems very low at that weight.

Word. I started eating 200g post workout alone and the difference in phenominal. Get the fat free cottage cheese, thats 60g protein and ~90g carbs. Its the best thing going. I also quit using whey and that made a difference as well i think.

Thanks guys, gonna get back to the diet. I had an idea that the Redline would've been working opposite my goals so I decided to drop it. Also, I just picked up some cottage cheese, egg whites, meats etc. so I can prepare them all today and package them up for the week. Another thing, everyone seems to think 17% bodyfat is some poor fat slob...some people are just prone to that I suppose. I don't really look fat, just some good ole' love handles. One more quick question...replacing the test E with sust should be fine, right? Anyone experience that?

Sorry, wasn't clear on my goals. I'm just looking to get a little bigger but mostly more dense and hard so that my metabolism picks up and I can burn more calories at rest. You know, gain a few inches of courses, but mostly transform from "that dude's pretty big" to "that MF is diesel!". I guess what I am trying to say is, I trying to get as far away from my genetically predisposed body type as possible...lol. Hope that helps.
